Summary: Today we tested the VPN connection and speed of 22 servers of SurfsharkVPN in Windows 10. Among them, 4 servers failed to connect, with a success rate of 82%, which is a very good success rate for mainland China. Also in the test, we found that most of the servers had a higher upload speed than the download speed, which is not common.

Finally according to @Mr. Huang message 1 hour ago, currently SurfshrkVPN in Android devices using IKEv2 mode can be said to connect to the server in seconds.
