7 VPNs Win10 Test in China–20200723

A reader left me a comment that ExpressVPN’s officially recommended method is temporarily unavailable, but today’s test revealed that it still works. This may be due to different parameters depending on the region, device, and ISP. If you are unable to use the officially recommended “Auto+4 Servers” method for wall-climbing, then you can try IKEv2 for your connection. In fact, ExpressVPN also supports manual configuration of the connection.

I have tested the “Time efficiency”, but at least they can connect successfully, but I don’t think their connection success rate is stable. I also tested the IKEv2 protocol, and it worked very well in the US, but the success rate is much lower in Asia, and I also tested one in the UK, and the connection went smoothly.

    In addition, IKEv2 protocol can be used normally in Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and I didn’t test the officially recommended Auto+4 servers. Because these three devices are the ones I use on a regular basis.
