Since the release of Grok 3 Beta and its free availability to all users, this AI has gained significant attention in the market. During my testing, I noticed that Grok 3 Beta has made considerable improvements compared to the previous version, Grok 2.

There are three main ways to use Grok AI. The most common method is through the X (Twitter) website or the Grok window in the bottom right corner. Another way is to use it via the Grok.com website. We can refer to these two methods as the web version.
Additionally, Grok AI is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
However, during testing, I found that the conversation history on the web version does not sync with the iOS app. In other words, the data between these two platforms is separate. Even when using the same X (Twitter) account, the conversation history does not sync.
This was surprising to me, as both the iOS and Android apps have been available for some time now.
I hope this article will catch the attention of the xAI team and that they will address and resolve the data synchronization issue soon.
UPDATE: It only started syncing between my iPhone Grok app and the Grok website, but not the way you can interact with Grok on X.
I think I found the solution, but it should not have been this difficult. I logged directly onto Grok at https://grok.com and then used X as my sign-in. Then that tied Grok to my Grok on X, if that makes sense. Then the histories between my iPhone app and my Twitter account and the plain old Grok website all started syncing.
