I found that many VPNs have had some problems recently, and even ExpressVPN, the most stable in China, has intermittently failed to connect. This shows that the firewall has been greatly improved this time. In addition, I have seen many netizens scolding, saying that this VPN is not good, that VPN is not good, in short, there is no one who agrees with it. This is true in real-time, but please calm down and think about it. Who caused this? Should all service providers withdraw or abandon the Chinese market to balance their hearts? I have said more than a hundred times that the best way to overcome the wall is to physically climb the wall. Since you are on the mainland, all you can do is to adapt to the environment as much as possible, and you cannot change the environment.

Win10 NordVPN OpenVPN-GUi Test:
Starting Time: Aug 19, 2020, 1:52 AM
The following test will use OpenVPN, a third-party open-source software, to manually configure NordVPN to connect to the wall. If you need it, you can click here: Here is the official download address (local download, for non-wall users). It provides a total of 12 servers with UDP protocol for you to use for wall-climbing, and I will follow the official default server naming for testing. If you do not know how to configure, please refer to the tutorial: NORDVPN WINDOWS manual configuration tutorial (Chinese).

Summary: I did a quick private test of its app’s direct connection in Windows 10 and Mac, and it hasn’t been restored as of yet. I then ran a detailed test on its manually configured OpenVPN Gui (as above) and from the results, it appears that most of the servers have poor speeds and the Singapore server is not connecting.
