In that test on July 5, it was found that there was a network firewall upgrade and blocking period in July this year, only its strength was not very strong. In summary: I tested the three connection protocol options of ExpressVPN in my Macbook above, and the first one is Automatic + the official recommended method for all 6 servers has been restored to normal, in early July USA – Santa Monica connection to the wall was problematic. Second is the Lightway-UDP protocol, I tested all the US servers, from the Mac test on July 5 and the Win10 test on July 14, it seems to have recovered somewhat, but not completely. Lastly is the IKEv2 protocol option, when testing this protocol I specifically selected servers that failed the test in Lightway-UDP, the results were satisfactory, all 7 randomly selected servers connected successfully and at a good speed.
