ExpressVPN Mac/IOS Test in China-20200821

I’m still following the same test method for Mac, but I’m using a different method for IOS, which is a horizontal test of the server connection success rate. I didn’t have time to test all the servers, but this kind of random testing can show the percentage of successful connections. I hope that this test will be of some value to you.

Barry: I’ve been hoping to convey a message to my readers that the firewall will be around for the foreseeable future; with it, using any VPN or other tool in China is a dynamic process and there’s no one-and-done solution. IOS Summary: Today I tested ExpressVPN on my iPhone in a different way than before. It was the same as usual for the officially recommended method “Auto Protocol + 4 Servers”. For the IKEv2 protocol test, we used a large horizontal server coverage test. I think this test is a valuable reference for the readers, especially since I tested a sample of servers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to varying degrees. I hope this kind of test can bring some reference value to you.
